What are Emotions? Turning the Inside Out - Dr. Sarah Thompson, C. Psych.

Dr. Sarah Thompson, C.Psych is a therapist in Toronto, ON working with “clients to transform repetitive or stuck emotion and relationship patterns into the healthy and adaptive responses needed to support individual mental well-being and healthy and satisfying connections with loved ones.” She also write a blog that focuses on her therapeutic work in Emotion-Focused Therapy, giving folks tidbits of insight into the complex world of emotions and their important daily impacts.

Sarah is a colleague of Carlin Palme’s and has been instrumental in his journey in offering therapy through an EFT lens.
