Are you struggling to cope with overwhelming emotions or stress?
Do you get down on yourself and feel unable to make progress on your goals?
Meet Daniel.
Daniel is an intern psychotherapist offering affordable therapy and is dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space for anyone seeking support.
His approach to therapy blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with person-centered and existential techniques. He focuses on helping clients navigate life’s challenges by identifying unhelpful patterns, exploring an individual’s values and strengths, and fostering personal growth. His role is to empower you to find clarity, resilience, and purpose in a way that feels authentic to you and helps you to move through your therapeutic journey.
Daniel works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and also has experience supporting clients dealing with relationship challenges, burnout, and self-compassion struggles.
Daniel values building a strong therapeutic relationship, as he believes that meaningful change can truly happen when clients feel seen, heard, and respected. His style is warm, conversational, and adaptable, and he aims to foster an environment where you can feel safe expressing yourself fully.
Together, you will work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you, celebrating progress every step of the way.

Daniel the Person
Do you live by any words of wisdom, or a motto?
“It’s better to admit you walked through the wrong door, than to spend your whole life in the wrong room”
What has been your favourite age growing up and why?
22 - I went to work in Pennsylvania at a YMCA summer camp and it was amazing. I feel as though I was able to open up more and come out of my shell. I returned the next year as the resident camp director (more paperwork, but still fun)
What's next on your bucket list? What would you like to try, do, taste, experience, see?
Horse riding - honestly I just think it would be amazing (as long as I don’t fall off)
